Bryan Adams Gymnasium is often seen during local state sponsored tournaments such as district volleyball, wrestling, and basketball tournaments. This is a written agreement made between the Bryan Adams High School Athletic Department, and
__________________________________ herein called the ?Organization.
The organization agrees to donate $500.00 to the Bryan Adams Athletic Department to help acquire a new scoring table for all the indoor athletic contests that will be held in the Bryan Adams High School Gymnasium.
The Organization?s sponsoring message or logo will be seen. The logo or message must be attached with payment.
The initial term of this agreement shall be a one time payment. All checks or money orders can be mailed to Bryan Adams High School. A receipt will be issued and mailed to the organization within 30 days.
